At Viking Car Care, we want you to wear your gear with pride; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
